Wayne is passionate about problem solving and innovative investing, which he developed over his 22-year career at Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan (OTPP). At OTPP, Wayne held various positions including Senior Vice President (SVP) of Public Equities, SVP of Fixed Income & Alternative Investments and VP of Tactical Asset Allocation. Wayne most recently acted as a consultant for the Investment Management Corporation of Ontario, a newly formed organization that is managing investment assets for entities that are related to the government of Ontario. Wayne serves on the board of Pacific Pension and Investment Institute and on the Advisory Board of Campbell Lutyens & Co. Limited, a London based private capital advisor. Wayne was formerly a director of the Canadian Coalition for Good Governance, Glass Lewis, Maple Leaf Foods and Camelot UK Lotteries Ltd. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering Science from Western University and an MBA from the Ivey Business School. Wayne is a CFA charterholder and is a graduate of the Institute of Corporate Directors’ Directors Education Program.
