Martha brings to her role as Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Compliance Officer vast knowledge and experience in law and dispute resolution and has worked, taught and published extensively in these areas. Martha earned her JD, LLM and PhD degrees from Osgoode Hall Law School. She is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) and the Law Society of Ontario. She resides in Toronto with her husband and three teenage children. She has held several Board roles and currently chairs the board of Squash Canada.
