Mr. Dorrance brings decades of leadership experience in financial services, most notably as Chairman and CEO of TD Securities from 2005-2021. He currently serves as Chair of TD Securities. Under his stewardship, TD Securities evolved into a leading North American investment bank, recognized for its disciplined strategy and enduring client partnerships. Before joining TD, Bob co-founded Newcrest Capital in 1995 alongside Forthlane’s CEO, Robbie Pryde, shareholder and advisor Peter Grosskopf, and others. He served as Newcrest’s President and CEO, helping establish the firm as a respected force in Canadian capital markets.
