This website (the “Site”) is operated by Forthlane Investment Management Inc. (“Forthlane”, “we”, “us” or “our”). The Site provides articles, publications, profiles on employees, information, data and other materials (the “Content”). The Site is made available to you subject to your compliance with these terms of use (“Terms of Use”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by, and comply with, these Terms of Use and represent that you understand and can agree to the Terms of Use. If you do not agree to be bound by, and comply with, these Terms of Use, you are not permitted to access or use the Site.

Forthlane reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued access to or use of the Site after such changes indicates your acceptance of these Terms of Use as modified. It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Use regularly. If any modification is not acceptable to you, you must cease accessing and using the Site.

Use of The Site

You may access and use the Site and the Content only in accordance with all applicable laws and these Terms of Use. Subject to the Terms of Use, Forthlane grants to you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Site and the Content only to display and save on your computer, download and print the Content for personal and non-commercial purposes, provided that you attribute ownership of the Content to Forthlane and the Content is not modified.By accessing or using the Site or the Content, or by displaying, saving, downloading or printing a copy of any Content, you do not acquire any other right or licence to the Site or the Content. Use of the Site beyond the scope of authorized access granted to you by these Terms of Use immediately terminates that license.  Access and use of the Site may be subject to limitations, delays and other problems inherent in the use of the Internet and electronic communications.  Forthlane is not responsible for any delays, delivery failures, or other damage resulting from such problems, or from the unavailability of the Site for any reason. Notwithstanding anything else contained herein, Forthlane reserves the right to refuse to provide access to the Site to anyone at any time for any reason, without any notice or liability.

No Unlawful or Prohibited Use

You agree that you will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful. Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use, any reproduction, retransmission, distribution, sale, republication, modification, translation of or creation of derivative works based on the Site or the Content, in whole or in part, and any decompilation disassembly, reverse engineering or other exploitation of the Site, without Forthlane’s prior written consent, is strictly prohibited.

Investment Advice Not Provided

The Content is provided solely for information purposes and does not constitute investment or other professional advice. The Content should not be relied upon as accurate, reliable, complete, current, timely or fit for any particular purpose, without receiving advice from a relevant professional. No one should act, or not act, on the sole basis of the Content.
